How to Shape the Perfect Brows
There is no one perfect way to shape your brows – it all depends on your face shape and what looks best on you. But, there are a few general tips that can help you create the perfect brows for your face.

1. First, find the right eyebrow shape for your face.
For most people, this will be an arch that starts above the inner corner of your eye and ends at the outer corner. But, you may need to adjust the shape depending on your own features. For example, if you have a round face, you may want to make your eyebrows slightly higher than normal to give your face more definition.
Oval faces can get away with the traditional arch shape.

2. Next, determine which eyebrow thickness works best for you.
Thick eyebrows can be great if they are naturally full and straight, but people with fine or sparse brows may want to keep them more narrow and well-defined. Arching your brow differently for different people in your family is a good way to determine the best thickness – someone with a strong, angular face may need thicker brows while people with soft features may look better with thinner ones.

3. Your eyebrows should end where your head starts (the outer corner).
People often make mistakes here because they get nervous and over-pluck the tail of their brows. However, unless you’re going for a funky style like the caterpillar look, it’s best to keep your eyebrow tails long and natural looking – just clean up any stray hairs that stick out.

4. Make sure each brow is symmetrical.
This may be harder than it sounds but there are ways to make it a little easier. First, draw a line down the middle of your nose and use that as a guide. Then, look straight into a mirror and place a pencil horizontally at the inner corner of your eye. The point where the pencil crosses your brow is where the beginning of your eyebrow should be. Tweeze or trim any hairs that fall outside of the lines. Clean up stray hairs on both of your brows by brushing them up with an eyebrow pencil or powder.

5. Finally, make sure you are properly filling in your eyebrows.
Use a color that is slightly lighter than your actual hair color to give yourself natural looking arches and use an angled brush to help shape and define your brows. You can also use a darker color to fill in gaps and make your eyebrows look fuller. Never over-pluck or over-fill – it will only make you look unnatural and even older!

Practice these tips with your own unique features for the perfect eyebrows. Remember, there is no one way to shape your brows, so if you try something new and it doesn’t work out the first time, don’t worry! With a little bit of patience, you can have perfectly shaped eyebrows.
